The 50 m² apartment offers space for up to 4 people and is perfect for couples or small families. The bedroom features a cosy double bed, while the sofa bed in the living room provides additional sleeping arrangements. The modern bathroom is equipped with a shower, toilet, washbasin and a private washing machine.



The fully equipped kitchen leaves nothing to be desired: dishwasher, electric cooker, oven, microwave, kettle and filter coffee machine enable uncomplicated self-catering. The dining area offers space for 4 people, in the living area SAT-TV, sideboard and coffee table invite you to relax. Air conditioning and complete darkening ensure pleasant temperatures and restful nights.



A covered south-facing balcony (6 m²) with a table, chairs, awning and clothes horse offers private space to enjoy the view of the glittering sea and the green surroundings.



The holiday apartment is located in a quiet, idyllic residential area, surrounded by plenty of greenery. Restaurants, supermarkets and cafés are within walking distance, the town centre is only 2 km away.



In the surrounding area, you can expect numerous leisure activities: water sports, boat trips, diving, snorkelling, mountain biking, hiking, national parks, wine tastings and culinary highlights.



The equipment includes WiFi, air conditioning, dishwasher, private washing machine and a parking space directly at the property (partially sun-protected). Pets are not permitted, smoking is not allowed in the apartment. Some services may be subject to a fee, however included in the price are bed linen, towels, final cleaning, electricity, water, internet and tourist taxes.
