On 50 m², up to 4 people can find space – ideal for couples, small families or friends. The cosy bedroom is equipped with a comfortable double bed, while the living room offers a sofa bed. The bathroom features a shower, toilet, washbasin and a private washing machine.



The fully equipped kitchen offers everything you need for self-catering: dishwasher, electric cooker, oven, microwave, kettle and filter coffee machine. The dining area provides space for 4 people, in the living area SAT-TV, sideboard, coffee table and air conditioning invite you to relax. Complete darkening ensures restful nights.



The covered south balcony (6 m²) allows private moments with a view of the glittering sea and the green surroundings. Equipped with a table, chairs, awning, and clothes horse, it is perfect for breakfasts or relaxed evenings.



The flat is located in a quiet, idyllic residential area, surrounded by plenty of greenery. Restaurants, supermarkets and cafés can be conveniently reached on foot, the town centre is only 2 km away.



For leisure activities, the region is ideal: Water sports, boat trips, diving, snorkelling, mountain biking, hiking, national parks, wine tasting and culinary highlights offer something for every taste.



The equipment includes Wi-Fi, air conditioning, dishwasher, private washing machine and a parking space directly at the property (partially sun-protected). Pets are not allowed, smoking is not permitted in the apartment. Some services may be subject to a fee, however included in the price are bed linen, towels, final cleaning, electricity, water, internet and tourist tax.
