We are presenting this charming, traditional Istrian stonehouse located in village Markoci, only 20 minutes from the pebble beaches of Rabac and beautiful cultural and historical town of Labin.

This area is suitable for relaxed walking, cycling or jogging. The house is completely renovated in 2015, and on the fenced property offers to its guests peace and tranquillity by the private pool, covered terrace with barbecue, garden with sun chairs, one more terrace in the natural shade next to the house and two parking spaces.



House is decorated in traditional style. On the ground floor there is separate living room, equipped kitchen with dining table and shower/toilet. On the upper floor there is one double bed bedroom and one bedroom with two separate beds. From the little hallway you will access to the lovely balcony with beautiful panoramic view to the greenery and surrounding villages. Please note that this property may accept youth groups on request. Please contact us to check. A youth group at this property is one comprised of individuals aged 26 or younger. If you are a youth group [or planning a stag/hen party], you may be asked to pay an additional security deposit on arrival. Any sums required to repair damage caused to the property by you will be deducted from the security deposit.
