The apartment Mariza, is a simply furnished apartment for 2-4 people located on the first floor of a traditional detached Istrian stone house in the village Rosini, 7 km away from Porec and its lovely beaches.

The owner of the apartment lives on the ground floor of the house.



The apartment has a floor area of approx. 50 sqm and consists of a kitchen with dining room, living room with pull-out sofa for two people, one double room with a French bed, shower/toilet, and a 10 sqm terrace with garden furniture. There is a private parking place attached to the house.



NOTICE: Guests have free entrance to the holiday resort Lanterna during their stay. Please note this property does not accept youth groups or stag/hen parties. A youth group at this property is one comprised of individuals aged 26 or under. Do not book this property if you are a youth group or a stag/hen party, as your booking will be rejected post-booking, which may include on arrival at the property or during your stay and you will not be refunded.
