Apartment Piantadela lies on the ground floor of a family house in Levaki, surrounded by beautiful green Istrian countryside, 11 km from the picturesque medieval town Motovun and 23 km from the sea.

The house was built in 2000 and the apartment first equipped in 2018. On its own property it offers to the guests a private swimming pool of 40 sqm, barbecue, children's playground and two parking spaces.

The discreet homeowners live in the other part of the house with a separate entrance.



Apartment for 4-6 guests with a total living area of 70 sqm consists of an air-conditioned living room, equipped kitchen, dining table, two bedrooms with two single beds that can connect, one of them with private shower/toilet and access to the swimming pool and a shower/toilet in the hall. Please note this property does not accept youth groups or stag/hen parties. A youth group at this property is one comprised of individuals aged 26 or under. Do not book this property if you are a youth group or a stag/hen party, as your booking will be rejected post-booking, which may include on arrival at the property or during your stay and you will not be refunded.
