This comfortable villa for 6-8 people is located at the edge of the village Cervari, 19 km away from Poreč and its beaches.

The house was built in the year 2012, and is furnished with new and rustic furniture. Located on its own piece of land of 1.000 sqm, the Villa Stella offers its guests a 45 sqm large heated swimming pool with hydromassage, a well maintained garden with barbecue, terrace with garden furniture and own parking spaces for 3 cars.



Villa for 6-8 guests with a living area of 150 sqm. On the ground floor there is a completely equipped kitchen with dining room, living room with a sofa bed for two, open fireplace, satellite TV and access to the terrace. There is one bedroom for two with a double bed, air-conditioning, satellite-TV, bath/toilet with whirlpool and access to the swimming pool, and an additional shower/toilet. On the first floor of the house there are two double bedrooms with air-conditioning, shower/toilet and satellite-TV, one of them with a double bed and its own terrace and one with two single beds. Please note this property does not accept youth groups or stag/hen parties. A youth group at this property is one comprised of individuals aged 26 or under. Do not book this property if you are a youth group or a stag/hen party, as your booking will be rejected post-booking, which may include on arrival at the property or during your stay and you will not be refunded.
