About This Property
A total of approx. 50 m² of living space is divided into a hallway, a small living room with a TV and a sofa bed for the 3rd and 4th person with an integrated, open, perfectly equipped kitchen and a tasteful bedroom with a double bed (box spring bed) and a 2nd TV. Both televisions have Netflix reception. The flat also has a spacious bathroom with an infrared cabin for 2 people and a washing machine. From the living room you have access to the 55 m² loggia and from this you have access to the 57 m² roof terrace, from which you have a breathtaking view. Both the loggia and the roof terrace are of course equipped with garden furniture in summer.
All windows in the property are triple-glazed.
You can store skis, ski boots, sledges and bicycles in the cellar room belonging to the flat. For the latter there is also a lockable bicycle shed in front of the house.

This comfortable holiday flat has a free carport parking space, which is covered. If you arrive with 2 cars, you must park the 2nd car in a public car park.
