The 2-storey property consists of a living room, a fully-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, 4 bedrooms and 1 bathroom as well as an additional toilet and can therefore accommodate 9 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls) with a dedicated workspace for home office, a TV, air conditioning, a fan, a washing machine as well as children's books and toys. A baby cot and a high chair are also available.

The holiday home offers a private outdoor space with a fenced pool, a garden, 2 terraces (open and covered), 2 balconies, a barbecue and an outdoor shower.

The property is located within walking distance of the Iberian Citadel, public transport links and the beach.
