The 123 m² property consists of a living room, a well-equipped kitchen, 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and can therefore accommodate 6 people. Additional amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls), a smart TV with streaming services, air conditioning, a fan as well as a washing machine. A baby cot is also available.

This property offers a private outdoor area with a covered terrace and balcony. Additionally, there is a shared outdoor space with a fenced pool, garden, children's pool, and outdoor shower.

House Rules:

- All shutters to be closed prior to leaving apartment and kitchen window to be secured.

- Please turn off air conditioning when leaving the apartment.

-Clothes to be dried on the patio must be placed on the clothes dryer provided and not placed over the balcony.

-Please do not sit directly on soft furnishings whilst wearing sun cream, maybe use a towel for protection.

-All bins to be emptied prior to check out.

-All dishes to be left clean, by either washing or placing in dishwasher and turning on.

-Please check all wardrobes and bedside lockers prior to check out.
