After a day in the snow, you can store your ski gear in the shared storage room, before taking a seat in the shared sauna for ultimate relaxation. You can access the spacious and furnished terrace and garden via the living room and one of the bedrooms, and you can park your car in the garage. Relaxation and fun from January to December!
The chalet is located a short distance from the well-known Zell am See - Kaprun ski area, on the southern slope of the picturesque Walchen (Piesendorf). In the winter months, the ski resort offers excellent conditions for skiing, snowboarding and cross-country skiing, while summer lends itself perfectly to exploring kilometres of hiking and cycling in the midst of beautiful nature. Moreover, trips to nearby villages are well worthwhile. Just 9.5 km away is a lake where you can enjoy water sports activities and refreshment. And if cooking is not on your planning for the evening, you will find the nearest restaurants at only 300m from the house
Charging an e-car at the accommodation is not possible and not allowed. Should you nevertheless charge your car illegally, the house owner/manager may, without discussion, hold you responsible for any damage and charge a fine
