It has a beautiful 40 m² pool. The beach is only 500 m away. On the ground floor there is a fully equipped kitchen, a spacious living room and two bedrooms, a bathroom and a toilet. One of the bedrooms is specially designed for children. The living room leads to a large terrace and a lovely seating area for relaxing evenings. There is also a barbecue area and table football.
