Here you book a spacious and elegant apartment with up to 6 sleeping places, all can completely get darkened if you want to sleep longer during your holiday. Large new kitchen, dishwasher, etc, spacious living room to relax, and you also can go to the covered large south-facing balcony to sit outside in the sun. There is a large bathroom underfloor heating with bathtub and shower. The bedroom houses 1 large high-quality new box spring bed and 2 single beds, which can also be used as studio loungers - these have permanent sleep quality - we have put a lot of emphasis to restful sleep. In addition, 2 guests can rest in the living room on the spacious living landscape, also designed as sofa beds with bed box. In the living room is a smart TV and fast Internet for Netflix and Co. Underfloor heating in combination with high-quality elegant stone granite floor, in the bedroom wooden floor, provides a pleasant living climate. If you feel like it, you can also enjoy the sauna (which is a combination of Finland sauna and Kolldarium which is more humid and less hot with optional steam and light therapy, or work out again beforehand on the home bike/stepper - In this area there are bathrobes, scented oils, relaxation loungers and a shower right next to the sauna. You don't need to pack anything or leave the house in this regard. The sauna can be occupied privately for as long as desired against tokens on an hourly basis (1 token is 10€ which covers cost for electricity, water, washing etc)

We opened this apartment on the beginning February 2024 as a holiday apartment, so everything is new like the kitchen, the beds and sofas, and it also explains that we don't have many reviews yet. But that will certainly change soon, because Prien is worth a trip at any time of the year.

In summary, you can enjoy a very comfortable boxspring bed including 2 sofabeds with very good sleeping quality and a sofa bed for 2 additional persons in the living room, for your restful sleep, as well as the advantages of being within walking distance in the city and to the lake, to go shopping or dine out, enough space for up to 6 people. If you want to relax in the evening, you can still go to the sauna without having to drive.
Sleep well, eat well, a large lake and the mountains on the doorstep. Maybe it's exactly what you're looking for. The lake Chiemsee (by the way) is also called the "Bavarian sea"
