In the vicinity, you'll find a supermarket just 400 meters away, and for more extensive shopping, you can visit Tavira, located 6 kilometers away (about a 9-minute drive). If you prefer public transportation, the bus stop is 500 meters away, and the train station is 1,000 meters away. A complimentary private parking space in the garage under the building is included.



Access



You will receive a four-digit code to access the apartment, which is to be entered into a black box next to the front entrance door. More information will be provided closer to your arrival date.



A few house rules and recommendations



• No pets allowed.

• No smoking or drug use.

• No loud parties.

• After 9:00 PM, please keep noise to a minimum on the terrace to respect the neighbors.

• Dispose of your garbage regularly to avoid unpleasant odors. Containers for glass and cardboard waste are located in front of the building.

• Respect the environment and use electronic devices responsibly. Turn off the air conditioning every time you leave, and keep the doors closed when it is in use.

• Always leave the key in the safety box when you go out to prevent loss.
