On the same level there are also two bedrooms - one double and one twin - with en-suite bathrooms, as well as a rustic canteen with a pool table and a further dining area. The upper floor houses two further double bedrooms, again with en-suite bathrooms, which lead directly onto the covered terrace with stunning views of the surrounding countryside. The ideal quiet place to relax with a coffee or sundowner.

The lower terrace serves as an outdoor cooking, dining and lounge area with wonderful views of the spacious pool area and the beautiful surroundings. The well-tended garden surrounds the house and has plenty of idyllic spots to linger and take a short break from the group. The private tennis court awaits an exciting match, while golf enthusiasts can play an entertaining game on the 8-hole golf course. There is also a soccer pitch, as well as basketball and badminton, so that entertainment for all ages is guaranteed.

To rebalance body and mind, there is a fantastic wellness room. Or you can simply relax in the fantastic heated pool with hydromassage while the children play in their very own original tree house.Villa Campi enjoys a quiet, idyllic location yet not far from the beautiful beaches and lively charming towns along the coast.
