Villa Vela Muline is a beautiful villa in an idyllic location near the sea. Villa Vela Muline has a heated indoor pool with large sliding glass doors, so you can enjoy swimming even in bad weather. The villa is ideal for a relaxing family vacation for up to 10 guests. The villa has an open plan living room with a fully equipped kitchen and a dining table for 10 people on the first floor. The large glass window creates a bright and airy atmosphere. The modern living room is a central part of the villa and leads to the wellness area with indoor pool in the left wing. On the right wing, it is connected to the kitchen with dining area. Between the living room, the kitchen on the right and the indoor pool on the left is a lovely corner with an outdoor lounge. To the left of the wellness area is a sun terrace with sun loungers where you can soak up the sun. On the first floor there is also a bedroom with an en-suite bathroom and a "playroom" which serves as a multifunctional space and can be converted into either a children's playroom, a study or an additional bedroom with a sofa bed. On the second floor there are 3 further bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms and a large terrace offering beautiful sea views and complete privacy. The villa is partially surrounded by manicured lawns ideal for children's games or pets.Villa Vela Muline is located in the small village of Muline on the island of Ugljan. Ugljan is the closest island to Zadar, the cultural and economic center of the county. It is connected to Zadar by many ferry lines and can be reached within 25 minutes.

The people of Ugljan have always been connected to the sea, agriculture and fishing, and you can really feel the traditional hospitality here. It is also worth noting that the tradition of olive growing here is about 2000 years old, so the local olive oil is a souvenir you must take home with you. In the immediate vicinity of Villa Vela Muline there is a castle from the 17th century, the Church of All Saints from the 12th century and the Villa Rustica, the oldest Roman building in Ugljan.

Ugljan is also known as "the green island" because of its dense pine forests. The 20 km long coastline is ideal for swimming, diving and boat trips. The underwater world hides some historical secrets that make it a popular diving destination.

If you are in Ugljan, you must visit Zadar, the place of the most beautiful sunset in the world, according to Alfred Hitchcock. Zadar is also known as the city of the Sea Organ, a unique art installation created by cutting steps into a section of the waterfront. These steps have underwater pipes that emit musical notes when filled with water. It is a magical symphony created by the waves.
