The large private pool 40 m2 is exclusively for your use during your stay in this beautiful villa. From the terrace on the upper floor you can enjoy the marvellous view of the surroundings. Villa Livia has a beautiful garden surrounding the villa. Here you can enjoy the sun on comfortable sun loungers. This villa offers a peaceful retreat from the hustle and bustle of the 21st century, yet is good as a base from which to visit all the delights that Istria has to offer. Youth groups are not allowed.

Today, Buzet is widely known as the "town of truffles", as the forests along the Mirna River are particularly rich in these divine tubers. The town, with its cultural and historical monuments, along with healthy, home-made food (especially home-grown ingredients and the highly prized white truffle), exquisite local wines, folklore (old music - sounds and dances - balun, legends of citadels) and pearls of small towns on sculpted hills (Motovun, Roc, Hum, Vrh and Sovinjak) attract tourists every year.
