This brand new villa is located in a small village in central Istria and can easily accommodate 12 people, giving everyone the opportunity to enjoy their privacy while on vacation. The villa and the property have 3 floors. The inviting pool is located on the lowest floor. Refresh yourself with a dip in the water or enjoy the sun on the comfortable sun loungers. The well-equipped summer kitchen has an elevated position and therefore a view of the pool. Here you will find a fridge and a dining table so that you can also enjoy your meals outdoors. The summer kitchen also has a charcoal barbecue - become a barbecue master during your vacation!



The middle level of the villa has an open concept and consists of a living room with SAT TV, a dining area and a fully equipped kitchen with high quality kitchen appliances. Here you will also find a bathroom and 2 bedrooms, each with an ensuite bathroom. The top floor is reserved exclusively for bedrooms. Here you will find 3 further bedrooms, also with en-suite bathrooms. In addition, 2 of the 3 bedrooms also have a sofa bed, which can be used as an additional sleeping option.

Book Casa Jovanin and make unforgettable vacation plans! Casa Jovanin is located in Bazjaki near Livade, a small village known for its truffle days in autumn. In Livade you will also find the nearest grocery store and restaurant. From the villa you can enjoy the view of beautiful medieval towns such as Motovun, where the famous Motovun Film Festival takes place every year. In 18km you will find the town of Buzet with an interesting offer of hiking tours leading to Hum - the smallest town in the world. Buzet is known worldwide as the "town of truffles", as the forests next to the river Mirna are particularly rich in truffles. Buzet has been inhabited since prehistoric times.
