This beautiful villa is located near Opatija, the pearl of Kvarner Bay, and offers a magnificent view of the bay. The two-storey family villa has 4 modernly furnished bedrooms and can accommodate up to 8 people in total. The large, open-plan first floor consists of a living room with a comfortable sofa and a fireplace, a dining area and a modern, fully equipped kitchen with a cooking island. A double bedroom with en-suite bathroom is also located on the first floor and has direct access to the beautiful garden. On the upper floor there are 3 further double bedrooms, all with en-suite bathrooms. On the second floor there is a terrace, a particularly private place from which you can enjoy the wonderful sea view with a glass of Malvasia. The garden is the highlight of the villa, designed with great attention to detail. In front of the villa there is a large private pool and sun loungers where you can relax. Next to the pool is a barbecue area where you can prepare delicious meals on the charcoal grill and serve them to your family in the covered outdoor dining area. The villa offers many activities such as table tennis, table soccer and pool table, so you will certainly not be bored. Along the promenade there are numerous monuments in honor of notable personalities who have visited Opatija: the writer Henryk Sienkiewicz, the doctor Theodor Billroth, the general Jozef Pilsudski, etc. Volosko is also a must-see - once a fishing village, today a charming coastal town known for numerous restaurants and a wonderful view of the sea.
