If you enjoy cooking for friends and family, the villa offers a fully equipped kitchen with an additional smaller kitchen outside near the pool. A large barbecue is also available, right next to the awning so you can enjoy your meals outside in the shade.

On the first floor there are 2 of the bedrooms, a large living room, a bathroom and a separate toilet. On the second floor there are 2 more bedrooms, a bathroom, access to the terrace with sea views and a study also suitable as a children's playroom. In the lower part of the first floor, on the same level as the pool, there is a tavern with a small kitchen.

If you want to relax completely, this villa offers a sauna and a whirlpool bath. While the sauna is located in the lower part of the first floor, you can find the jacuzzi in a special corner of the modern bedroom with a TV and a small living area on the second floor. Make yourself comfortable and immerse yourself in the pleasant atmosphere of this room with candles, a glass of wine and the illuminated whirlpool. The whole villa has been decorated with a lot of style, so the open living room in gray tones with colorful furniture is refreshing and gives the whole room a modern flair.
