The beautiful Villa Leccino is located in the small village of Marici, near the town of Labin. The villa has 4 bedrooms, each decorated in its own style, from charming romantic to urban or elegant, and can accommodate up to 8 guests in total. The first floor consists of a large living area with TV, a separate toilet and a fully equipped kitchen with dining area. Upstairs are the bedrooms, two of which have their own bathroom with shower, while the other two bedrooms share a bathroom with a bathtub. Everything is decorated in a very warm style that will make you feel at home. If you want to spend your vacation in the sun, you will find a large and very attractive pool in front of the villa. The outdoor area also has a summer kitchen with a charcoal barbecue where you can prepare delicious meals for your family and friends. For the little ones, there is a large children's playground with a sandpit, a swing and a tree house.
