Villa Casa Peru is a beautiful villa in the small village of Kurili. This charming villa sleeps a family of 6 in 3 bedrooms, all with double beds. On the first floor of Villa Casa Peru, you enter an open plan living room with a fully equipped kitchen that extends outside onto the terrace with an outdoor dining area and pool. On the first floor, in addition to the kitchen and living room, you will find one of the bedrooms with en-suite bathroom with shower and a separate toilet. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need - coffee machine, oven, toaster, microwave, etc. and the living room has a dining table for 6 people and a lovely fireplace. On the second floor are the remaining 2 bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms, which have showers. Both bedrooms have large glass doors leading onto the small balcony overlooking the pool. If you want to dine al fresco, you have the option of dining on the terrace with dining table that seats 8 people. On summer days when you're feeling lazy and want to soak up the sun, you can relax on one of the sun loungers by the pool. Or you can enjoy the sauna. The parking lot can accommodate up to 4 cars.This villa is located in the small village of Kurili in the municipality of Kanfanar in the interior of Istria. In addition to the medieval ruins of Dvigrad, the unspoiled nature of Lim Bay and numerous archaeological sites, this region is considered the home of the Istrian ox, once almost threatened with extinction, and fuzi - the queen of Istrian pasta. The Istrian ox and Fuzi are a central part of Kanfanar's biggest event - Jakovlje, where you can experience Istria as it once was.

For active vacationers, the Kanfanar region offers numerous cycling and hiking trails as well as climbing opportunities in Dvigrad or in the bay of Lim.

Just a 15-minute drive from Kurili, you can reach the coast and beautiful Rovinj, a true historical gem that offers numerous summer festivals such as the Croatian Summer Salsa Festival.
