The modernly furnished Villa Emilia in Vinez is ideal for a peaceful and relaxing vacation. The villa with private pool consists of two apartments and can accommodate up to ten guests.

Both apartments have two bedrooms, a bathroom, a fully equipped kitchen, a dining room, a living room and a shaded terrace with table and chairs. In the charmingly furnished apartments, great attention has been paid to detail, which you will notice as soon as you enter the villa.

Outside, there is a swimming pool surrounded by six sun loungers and two parasols where you can sunbathe and enjoy the view of the green treetops surrounding the villa.

For a shared meal or socializing, there is an outdoor kitchen with a dining area that is fully covered and has a sliding door. Wooden beams combined with modern decoration make the whole space pleasant, inviting you to spend time with family and friends.

There is also a barbecue where you can prepare a delicious meal to be enjoyed in the shared outdoor kitchen with a large dining table.

The location of Vinez is ideal for guests who want to spend their vacation away from the city crowds, but also want to get to know the sights of Istria. Near Vinez, on a hill, lies the medieval town of Labin. A walk through the narrow streets of the town is the best way to get to know Labin. Afterwards, you should definitely visit the town museum, which houses a mine model that is unique in this part of Europe. In the center of Labin there are many restaurants offering Istrian specialties, including homemade olive oil, truffles and asparagus. A walk up to the town fortica with a view of Rabac and the island of Cres, after which you can enjoy a glass of Malvazija wine in one of Labin's charming cafés, is the ideal end to the city tour.

Just 7 km from Villa Emilia is Rabac, once a small fishing village and now a popular summer resort. Beautiful beaches are a trademark of Rabac. The beaches Lanterna, Girandella, Sv. Andrea, Maslinica and Ravni beach have a "Blue Flag", which is proof of the clear and clean sea.

For lovers of active vacations, we recommend the Ucka National Park. Ucka is a favorite destination of mountaineers and is especially known for its beautiful views on the mountain peaks.
