Villa Emica is modern and tastefully furnished and offers you and your family everything you need. Villa Emica can accommodate up to 8 people. On the ground floor you will find a beautiful bright and modern living room, kitchen and dining area as well as a fully equipped bedroom with en-suite bathroom. The room has direct access to the pool, so you can jump into the pool whenever you want to refresh yourself. The first floor has two bedrooms with double beds and en-suite bathrooms as well as a balcony where you can drink coffee and enjoy the beautiful view of the pool and nature. The outdoor area of the villa is simply marvellous. A beautiful dining and barbecue area is surrounded by olive trees. We haven't forgotten that your little ones can play carefree on a small but nice playground with two swings, a slide and a trampoline while you drink coffee or have a barbecue. Villa Emica is not a party house and youth groups are not allowedVilla Emica is located in Sisan - a village 7 km east of Pula, in the municipality of Linjan and also close to Medulin. The sea is only 4 km away from the villa. We recommend you to visit Pula if you want to spend a more active holiday and are looking for adventure as you have various facilities such as sailing, horse riding, golf, cycling, etc. An unmissable part of Pula is the most famous amphitheatre from the first century, the sixth largest in the world called "Arena", which is still used today for various cultural events and film and summer festivals. Be sure to visit the most famous Istrian tourist destination rich in fishing traditions - Medulin. Be sure to try crab salad, black risotto or brodetto. You can also try good Istrian prosciutto, various specialities with truffles. The special feature and recognition of the town of Medulin is a church with two towers in the centre of the town, which rises above the town. If you are looking for a fun place to visit, then the adrenaline park in Medulin is just right for you and we recommend you visit it.
