The fully equipped kitchen with dining area is the perfect place to prepare delicious meals for your loved ones. All three double bedrooms have their own bathroom with shower. One bedroom is located on the ground floor, while the other two are on the first floor. One of the bathrooms has a sauna, which is certainly a plus point of this villa.

The outdoor area is characterised by the pool and the covered dining area. The pool consists of two parts, the deeper one for swimming and the shallower one with hydro-massage. A charcoal barbecue is available for all barbecue fans. The town is surrounded by forests and is located 11 km north-east of Porec. The ancient terrace on the square, which is entered through a Venetian arch, offers a remarkable view of the sea. Ever since Venice ruled Visnjan, the town has been a renowned trading centre where agricultural products and tools of all kinds were sold. Even today, a traditional market is held on the last Thursday of every month, which is a special attraction for people from all over Istria. Vinjan is a particularly interesting place for astrology enthusiasts because of its internationally renowned astronomical observatory.
