Villa My Koltrina is the ideal choice for a relaxing family holiday in a villa in a quiet location in central Istria, but at the same time not too far away from larger tourist towns. This wonderful villa with a beautiful 72m2 private pool has been furnished with great attention and attention to detail to offer its guests a warm and welcoming atmosphere without sacrificing spaciousness and luxury. The villa can accommodate a maximum of 10 people. One bedroom and the light-flooded open-plan living area with an elegant, fully equipped kitchen and dining area are located on the ground floor. From the living area you have direct access to the pool and garden. Outdoor jacuzzi for 6 people by the pool, stereo bose open-air audio system, outdoor ice machine and professional table football in the entertainment area. The other three en-suite bedrooms are located on the first floor. One of the bedrooms has a lovely balcony overlooking the pool area and the surrounding area where you can enjoy quiet summer evenings. For additional relaxation, there is the indoor jacuzzi, a sauna and fitness equipment in the basement, while the top floor offers a peaceful retreat with a sofa bed.



The charming little village of Butkovici offers the perfect opportunity to discover the gentle and unhurried pace that still characterises rural Istria today. 14 km away is Svetvincenat, an attractive little town with an impressive medieval stone castle and a good selection of amenities, including a post office and restaurants. Also 14 km from the village is Vodnjan - a charming town with visible Venetian influence evident in the medieval houses and narrow streets full of shops and cafes. About 20 minutes' drive away are beautiful pebble beaches to the north and south of Rovinj, Istria's most romantic town and popular holiday destination, and Fazana with its pretty harbour where you can hire boats and water taxis to the fantastic Brijuni National Park. You can also visit the capital of the region, Pula, where the magnificent Roman amphitheatre regularly hosts film screenings, cultural events and live concerts by famous artists.
