If you want to relax in a villa with a pool not far from the sea, we recommend Villa Sime. This charming villa offers four bedrooms for up to eight guests. There are two bedrooms and a bathroom on the first floor. One bedroom has a double bed, the other bedroom has two single beds. Both bedrooms are air-conditioned and have access to a shared terrace with beautiful views of the surrounding area and the sea. On the ground floor of the villa there are two air-conditioned bedrooms with double beds and two bathrooms. On the same level there is also a cosy and warmly furnished living room with TV, which is connected to the dining area and a fully equipped kitchen. The living room has access to the covered terrace with a dining table and views of the pool. In the garden of the villa you will find an inviting pool with sun loungers to enjoy the sun. The massage water curtain is sure to delight you, as it not only looks great but is also suitable for massaging your neck and shoulders. In the garden there is also a covered dining area with a dining table and barbecue where you can try out your cooking skills.

The villa is fully fenced and has a private car park for two cars. The villa is only a few minutes walk from the nearest restaurant and shop. We recommend you to visit one of the traditional restaurants and try local specialities. Not far from the villa you will find the old town of Pore - one of the tourist hot spots of the region, with all its sports, gastronomy and entertainment facilities. The breathtaking Euphrasian Basilica from the UNESCO World Heritage List is the symbol of this town. The nearest beach is about 6 kilometres from the villa. As the coast is easily accessible by car, there are many different beaches to discover on the west coast of Istria. The inland of this part of Istria offers many hiking and cycling trails as well as the opportunity to discover the small towns and their cultural and gastronomic specialities. Nature lovers can visit the Baredine Cave near Pore and explore the underground world. For guests who want to spend an active holiday, we recommend a visit to Aquapark Istralandia, one of the most popular water parks not only in Croatia but also in Europe.
