A 43m2 pool awaits you in the large outdoor area of the villa, where everyone can easily find their place. While you make yourself comfortable on one of the sun loungers with a refreshing drink, the children can run around in the garden. Lunch is already being prepared on the barbecue, the aroma of freshly fried fish fills the air and a covered dining area by the pool invites you to enjoy long, cosy summer evenings. From the basement room of the house, you can hear the winner of the pool game cheering, someone else is losing at the darts tournament. The ground floor consists of a living and dining area as well as a fully equipped kitchen, a comfortable bedroom and a bathroom. On the first floor there is another small living room, kitchen and dining table, 3 pretty bedrooms and 2 modern bathrooms as well as a separate WC. On the top floor there are 2 more comfortable bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a dining area with a small kitchen. Each level has its own balcony where you can enjoy some time to yourself.
