The villa has a total of 4 bedrooms and can accommodate up to 9 people. Simple elegance extends from the outside to the bedrooms. In front of the villa you will find an inviting and sunny pool where you can refresh yourself on warm summer days. Outside there is also a charcoal barbecue where you can prepare delicious meals and enjoy them with a glass of the best Istrian Malvazija. The first floor consists of a modern living area with a cozy living room with a fireplace where you can relax while reading your favorite book, a fully equipped kitchen and a dining area. There is also a bedroom with a double bed and a bathroom with a walk-in shower. Upstairs you will find 3 more bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Rovinj is especially famous for its beaches, narrow cobblestone streets and colorful houses that will delight you. After swimming in the crystal-clear Adriatic Sea, you can relax with a refreshing drink in one of the many beach bars or enjoy delicious traditional dishes that you can try in first-class restaurants and taverns. If you want to visit other cities, don't miss Pula, the cultural center of Istria, famous for its amphitheater, and Porec, the city where the Euphrasian Basilica, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, is located. Central Istria is ideal for lovers of active vacations, gastronomy and culture. In addition to numerous cycling and hiking trails, you can visit many medieval towns inland such as Motovun and Groznjan or enjoy hunting for Istrian truffles.
