A sauna and an additional entertainment room with a kitchen and a pool table provide relaxation and fun.

On the upper floor, you will find two more bedrooms and a bathroom. The villa offers a very peaceful environment which ensures total relaxation. Istria is well known for agritourism, so in the neighborhood you have the opportunity to buy award-winning olive oil, the finest fruits, vegetables, eggs, fresh fish and other various delicacies from organic farming. If you want to experience more excitement, you should try the famous Pazinska jama zipline. Motovun, a town famous for its film festival, is also nearby. The villa is 25 km away from the nearest beach in Vrsar.
