The two-storey building dates back to the 18th century and was restored in 2010 with great care and attention to detail. It offers all the comforts of modern living, but at the same time lets you feel the charm of times gone by.



The villa can accommodate up to six people and has three bedrooms, three bathrooms, a living room and a kitchen with dining area. The three stylishly furnished bedrooms are located on the first floor, while the spacious kitchen with dining area and the living room are on the ground floor. One bedroom has a private bathroom, while guests in the other two bedrooms share a second bathroom.



Outside, the 1400 square metre property has a spacious terrace with a private pool, from where you can enjoy breathtaking views of the Adriatic Sea and the surrounding hills. If you fancy trying out a few local specialities, there is also a barbecue on the terrace. And while you test your culinary skills, your children can let off steam in the playground right next door. All guests who not only want to soak up the sun and sea, but also want to be active and explore the unique Istrian landscape and nature, have the option of hiring bicycles on site. The first beach is only 900 metres away from Villa Gelci.



A diverse range of cafés, restaurants, excursions and sports activities can be found in Rabac and the medieval town of Labin, which is about 12 kilometres from Trget and can be reached in less than 20 minutes by car. Labin, known as a paradise for artists, will delight you with its numerous studios.



40 kilometres west of Trget you will also find Pula, the largest city in Istria. Pula's most famous landmark is the Roman amphitheatre, the sixth largest amphitheatre of antiquity and one of the best preserved.
