Both bedrooms open onto private balconies with lovely views of the surrounding area, while the living room leads out onto a fully enclosed paved terrace with an attractive pool, comfortable sun loungers and an al fresco dining area with barbecue where your meals can be enjoyed al fresco. When not lounging by the pool, take a stroll along the beautiful coastline, a few laps in the clear, warm waters of the Adriatic or simply explore all the exciting places this rich region has to offer.



Villa Miceli is located in a residential area. It is not a party house and youth groups are not allowed. Linjan is a picturesque old fishing village with a naturally sheltered harbour and 28 km of coastline rich in breathtakingly beautiful, unspoilt beaches, serenely overlooking the Kvarner islands in all their splendour. The history of this place and its surroundings is truly fascinating, as more than 26 archaeological sites tell us, as well as remains of Roman villas, shards of amphorae, ancient lighthouses and sunken ships still lying on the seabed. It is an ideal place for nature lovers, as well as for those who want to relax away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life, yet at the same time be close to the centre of entertainment. Sports and adventure enthusiasts have a huge variety of summer and water sports activities available, such as windsurfing, diving and sailing, as well as horse riding, hunting and scenic flights more inland. For an even richer choice of leisure activities and tourist amenities, the magnificent Medulin Riviera, as well as the marvellous architectural sights and cultural events of Pula are only a few minutes' drive away.
