Boasting a breathtaking panoramic view of Lake Como, the holiday apartment "The Panoramic Suite" is set in Perledo. The 45 m² property consists of a living room with a sofa bed for one person, a well-equipped kitchen, 1 bedroom, and 1 bathroom, and can accommodate 3 people. Among the on-site amenities are high-speed Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls), a TV, air conditioning, a washing machine, a dryer, and a dishwasher. On top of that, a shared gym (open from 10 am to 9 pm), gym equipment, as well as a shared spa area with a sauna are available on the premises. Guests can book 1-hour time slots at the spa area independently. A baby cot and a high chair are also provided.

This villa features a private balcony and access to a shared outdoor space with a heated pool and a panoramic open terrace. Moreover, there is a whirlpool on the terrace (open from April to October) which can be booked independently for 30-minute slots.

Public transport links such as the D21 Bellano-Esino daytime line (Perledo Bologna junction stop) are located within walking distance of the property. A list of recommended restaurants will be provided on site.
