The villa is divided into two units: the ground floor, available for vacation rental and listed here, and the two upper floors, occasionally occupied by the owners, who are available to provide any information or assistance.

This holiday villa in Tuscany is just 11 km from the sea in Viareggio, where you can enjoy sandy beaches. The most important Tuscan cities, such as Lucca, Pisa, Florence, and the fantastic Cinque Terre, are less than an hour away. This makes the holiday apartment in Villa Botrici a perfect place for a holiday in Italy.

Note: To enjoy this view, you must drive up the hill. Therefore, expect smaller and steeper roads.

A door in the living room, leading to the upper floors, will remain closed.
