It should be noted that the pool and garden, thanks to the air conditioning, are available for rentals from May to mid-October approximately, for the rest of the months should be consulted to ensure the readiness and availability of the same. Also, please note that the owners reside on the lower floor of the property.



The flat is totally diaphanous as it has daylight in all its rooms and rooms, with magnificent views to a height of two floors from its outdoor terrace. The outside terrace has direct views of the garden and swimming pool.

It is located on the first floor of the house in a very quiet residential area. Ideal for families and couples.

Late parties and disturbances are strictly forbidden.
