From the property, you can access cycling paths leading to Bolgheri, the Magona Wildlife Reserve, and many other destinations. In Donoratico, a bike rental and repair service is always available.



Distances by car: Donoratico 25 minutes, Castagneto Carducci beach 20 minutes, Sterpaia Coastal Park 40 minutes. Parking is available. Families with children are welcome. Smoking, parties, and events are not allowed. The house features energy-saving lighting.



One pet is allowed (available for an extra fee). Please note: the accommodation is not fenced—guests must supervise their pet. The property is very close to the woods.
