The studio is located in an apartment building and is furnished in a modern and luxurious style. The property is situated in a holiday home complex on the outskirts of the town. The residence is also popular because of the view from the property of the sea and its sunny waterfront location. The following are available for shared use: parasol, sun lounger, garden shower, terrace and courtyard. Shared laundry room with washing machine, washing capsules/detergent and iron.

Šilo. The studio is situated on an enclosed garden property with shrubs, bounded by a fence and a wall. Access is via a side street. Parking (for 1 car) on the property.

Air conditioning. Internet access (Wi-Fi) and safe.
For your safety, the accommodation is equipped with a first aid kit.


Pool
All pools are available for shared use. Outdoor pool (in operation from early May to late October; saltwater; 4 m x 9 m; 1.40 m deep).

Kitchenette in the living/sleeping room with air conditioning, electric cooker (ceramic hob), extractor hood, dishwasher, fridge, microwave, coffee machine, toaster and electric kettle. Bathroom with shower facilities, shower, 1 washbasin, toilet and hairdryer.
