About This Property
Completely renovated at the end of 2021, the apartment includes a small entrance, a shower room, separate WC, and a living area with a fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, oven, refrigerator, freezer, toaster, kettle, coffee maker, etc.), open to the dining area and lounge. Two separate and closed sleeping areas are available: one with a bunk bed (80x190), the other with a double bed (140x190). A balcony sunny in the morning and storage space in each room complete the property.
A ski locker, a private covered parking space (for vehicles under 2m), and outdoor parking are at your disposal. On the ground floor, you have access to the common lounge and the ping-pong room.
Heating is electric, central, and independent. Some games and books are available in the apartment. Baby beds, high chair booster, and toilet reducer are available free of charge on prior request.
The residence enjoys an ideal location: direct access to slopes of all levels, bakery, laundry, restaurants, and a market every Thursday afternoon at the foot of the residence.
Sheets provided and beds made on arrival, cleaning products, tea towels, mops, and sponges included.
