The holiday home "Marés" is located in Vilafortuny and is perfect for an unforgettable holiday with your loved ones. The 2-storey property consists of a living room, a fully-equipped kitchen with dishwasher, 3 bedrooms, and 2 bathrooms and can therefore accommodate 6 people. Additional amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls), satellite TV, air conditioning, a fan, a washing machine as well as a dryer.

This vacation rental features a private outdoor area with an open terrace, a covered terrace, a balcony, and a barbecue. Guests also have access to a shared outdoor area with a fenced pool, children's pool, outdoor shower, and a tennis court within a 15-minute walk.

Free parking is available on the street and one parking space is available in a garage.

One pet is allowed.

Smoking and parties are not allowed.

Only groups of guests aged 25 and older are permitted.

Guests are kindly required to avoid making noise between 11 pm and 10 am and to keep the apartment and facilities clean and in good condition.

People who are not listed in the reservation are not allowed on the premises.

The property has motorbike and bicycle storage.

Please note that the entrance of the property has 4 steps, so it is not suitable for people with physical disabilities. Also, to access into one of the bathrooms (the one in the second floor) there are steps.

Please note that there may be governmental water regulations in place at the time of your visit, which may impact the use of the pool, garden watering or limit tap water usage.
