The 140 m² property consists of a living room, a fully-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms and can therefore accommodate 6 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls), a TV, a game console, a fan, air conditioning and heating in both the living room and dining room, as well as a washing machine. A baby cot and a high chair are also available.

The accommodation offers a private outdoor area with a pool (which can be heated up to 30º), an open terrace, a covered terrace and a barbecue.

The property is located just 350 m from a supermarket and a 5-minute drive from the beach and the village centre, where you will find a bicycle rental shop. Furthermore, Montaña Roja can be reached in 15 minutes.
