The holiday apartment "Marbella Playa", which is situated in Marbella, overlooks the Mediterranean Sea. The 130 m² property consists of a living room, a fully-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and can therefore accommodate 6 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls), a TV, air conditioning, heating, a washing machine as well as a dryer. A baby cot is also available.

The holiday apartment offers a private outdoor area with an open terrace and a balcony. Additionally, there is a shared outdoor space with a pool (open from June to the end of September) for guests to enjoy.

Families with children are welcome.

One pet is allowed for a fee.

Smoking and celebrating events are not allowed.

Please observe the house rules and the pool schedule.

The property has step-free access and interior.

A shuttle service to the airport and train station is available for an extra fee.

Please note that there may be governmental water regulations in place at the time of your visit, which may impact the use of the pool, garden watering or limit tap water usage.
