The bright and airy 110 m² property consists of an open-plan living room and dining area, with sliding doors opening onto a large balcony. There is a separate fully fitted kitchen equipped with a washing machine, microwave, and dishwasher.



Bedroom 1 features an en suite bathroom, a king-size bed, and fully fitted wardrobes. Bedroom 2 offers twin beds, fully fitted wardrobes, and a separate bathroom with a shower. Additional amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls), satellite TV, reversible air conditioning, and ceiling fans throughout. This penthouse offers a lovely balcony overlooking one of the pools and tropical gardens, with an electric canopy to provide shade on sunny days.



Guests have access to 5 pools, including a children's pool and another that is heated from mid-September until May. There are several tennis and padel tennis courts available for your use. Free parking is available outside the property.



Pets and smoking are not allowed. Parties are not permitted after 10 pm. A welcome book with all the information you need is available on-site. At least one guest must be over 25 years old. The property offers pool and garden views. Youth groups are not allowed.
