8ER DIEK, a beach resort with a passion for Nordic design and high-quality architecture, is being built on the Nordseeallee in Tossens.

42 holiday apartments will be spread over 8 buildings with a main building with a restaurant, wellness area and children's club.



The first construction phase has been completed and so far offers 6 holiday apartments in two buildings with enclosed loggias, where you can feel at home even on rainy days if the wind is blowing in the right direction.

The apartments are furnished to a very high standard and combine Scandinavian and local classics.



We invite you to feel and experience this special place as it is being built.

The 7 flat blocks will be completed in just a few weeks.

Every day, the white sand of the building site is transformed more and more into the dune landscape of the beach resort.



At the beginning of the architectural concept, the buildings were designed to create exciting visual relationships while also creating very private spaces.

Today, these are particularly exclusive.
