The holiday home "Villa Sofia" is located in Salemi and is the ideal accommodation for a relaxing getaway. The 2-storey property consists of a living room, a fully-equipped kitchen, 5 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and can therefore accommodate 13 people. Additional amenities include a TV, a fan, air conditioning in one bedroom, as well as a washing machine. A baby cot is also available.

This vacation rental offers a private outdoor space featuring a garden, balcony, barbecue, and outdoor shower.

Following an incident with unknown persons who poisoned 5 secular trees, the host installed three security cameras outside the property: 1 camera points down towards the entrance/gate, 1 camera points towards the parking place for cars/bikes, 1 camera points towards the pine forest and the 2000 square meter garden.

The host can turn off the cameras at any time if guests ask for that, the host intention is not to check on the guests but to protect the property when nobody is there.

It is possible to book an annexe comprising a bathroom with shower and a fully furnished and equipped kitchen at an extra charge. This is an extra service.
