The beautiful villa Cantata is located in Sv. Lovreč, which is one of the best preserved towns in Istria. Istria is a region that is visited every summer by many curious domestic and foreign tourists, eager to have fun, relax and swim on beautiful beaches. If you are one of them, dare to allow yourself an annual vacation in a villa and indulge in the charms that this villa generously offers you!
The villa was built in a rustic style in 2009, and underwent a complete renovation in 2022, when it became a luxurious holiday facility. You have 212 m2 at your disposal, while the total area of the property is 978 m2, and the villa is fully air-conditioned. It is 15 km from the nearest sea, and the nearest beach is in the town of Poreč.
A maximum of 8 people can stay in the villa, which will be distributed in 4 bedrooms. There are double beds (180x200) in three rooms, and two single beds (90x200) in the fourth. Two bathrooms have a shower, and the other two have a bathtub.
The beautifully decorated living room contains two sofas, a coffee table, a chair and a romantic fireplace. There is also table football, which you can play whenever you want. Next to the living room there is a dining room with a dining table for 8 people, and a modern kitchen that is equipped with everything you will need to prepare delicious meals.
On the outdoor terrace, you will be greeted by a swimming pool of 32 m2 and a depth of 1.5 m. There are 8 deckchairs on the sun deck, which will be an ideal opportunity for rest and enjoyment under the sun. You have the opportunity to prepare meals on the outdoor charcoal or wood grill.
Additional facilities include a washing machine and an iron, and a feeder and a cot are provided for children.
There are two private parking spaces inside the courtyard of Villa Cantata.
Istria is well known for its wine tours, olive oil tours, and the youngest will be delighted by aqua parks or cycling. The ski lift in Poreč, water sports and sightseeing of historical monuments and cities are at your disposal.
The beauty of Poreč is sometimes hidden by the crowd of visitors from all over the world who enjoy the hospitality and excellent service. If you look carefully, you will be able to see the remains of ancient Rome, and in the harbour you will come across evidence of Venetian rule from the 18th century. Istria has something for everyone: whether you like history, art, sports, good food or wine.
