Additional amenities include television, Wi-Fi, fan and washing machine.



The apartment features a private balcony, ideal for relaxing in the afternoons. The property is situated close to the beach, allowing easy access to the sea.



Families with children are welcome. Pets, smoking and events are not allowed. Please avoid unnecessary noise and be considerate of the neighbours.



This property does not have air conditioning. There are no steps at the entrance or inside, and the building is equipped with a lift.
