Our 58 m² holiday apartment is located in the annex of a historic farmhouse dating back to 1787. The building is situated in Geldern between Hartefeld and Vernum, surrounded by meadows and fields, almost in a secluded location. A parking space for your car is directly in front of the house. You reach the apartment via a steel staircase with a separate entrance and a wooden terrace, which invites you to have breakfast and relax in the sun. The accommodation consists of a living room with a sofa bed for two people, a fully equipped kitchen, a bedroom, and a bathroom, and offers space for up to four people. Amenities include Wi-Fi (fiber optic), heating, TV, and a high chair. The apartment is step-free, and bicycles or mountain bikes can be stored under the carport. The holiday apartment is directly connected to the cycling network, and e-bikes can be charged free of charge. Numerous excursion destinations are nearby, such as the Gasometer in Oberhausen, Klosterkamp in Kamp-Lintfort, Xanten with amphitheater and cathedral, the Xanten North Sea, as well as Kevelaer with its pilgrimage churches.



The location of the holiday apartment (about 10 minutes by car) is also ideal for using the wellness area of a nearby hotel (available for an extra fee).
