This 80 m² property features a living room, a fully equipped kitchen, three bedrooms, a bathroom and separate toilets, accommodating up to six people. Amenities include Wi-Fi with a dedicated workspace for remote work, a television, air conditioning, a fan, a dishwasher, a capsule coffee machine, as well as a selection of books and toys for children. A baby cot and a high chair are also available.



You will enjoy a comfortable private outdoor area with a heated hot tub (accessible all year round), a garden, a covered terrace and a barbecue. The property is close to the beach. Two parking spaces are available on site. Families with children are welcome and one pet is allowed. Smoking is not permitted in this property.
