Everything you need for a perfect holiday! This spacious apartment, with air conditioning in all rooms, Wi-Fi, Smart TV, and a fully equipped kitchen, is ideal for groups of up to 6 people. Its excellent location places you just a few steps from the beach, shops, restaurants, and entertainment areas. Enjoy maximum comfort without needing to use the car.



The apartment has an area of 140 m² and is equipped with everything necessary for a relaxing stay. It consists of a living-dining room, three double bedrooms (one of them en suite), two full bathrooms, and a kitchen-office. A cot and a high chair are also available for families with children.



The property is close to the beach and offers free street parking. Families with children are welcome. Pets, smoking, and events are not allowed. There are security cameras and/or audio recording devices on the premises.



Please note that both the deposit and the tourist tax must be paid directly by credit or debit card through a link provided by the owner, and must be paid before arrival at the property without exception.



Groups of young people under 21 who wish to book must do so on request.
