The villa features air conditioning, Wi-Fi suitable for video calls, TV, washing machine, private grill, baby bed, and highchair for families.



Step outside to your private garden with English-style lawn and shaded areas under centuries-old Sicilian olive trees. The private outdoor pool, available from May to October, includes a whirlpool area in the shallow section. Relax on sun loungers around the pool or in hammocks among the olive trees. Two covered terraces provide dining spaces, and an outdoor shower is available. You can enjoy breathtaking sunset views over the sea and mountain vistas from this elevated position in Baia Cornino bay.



Parking is available both at the property and on the street. Pets are welcome. Events are not permitted. Beach towels are provided, and the beach is nearby. A shared tennis court, playground, and children's toys and books are available within a 15-minute walk.



The villa sits adjacent to Monte Cofano Nature Reserve. Nearby attractions include Grotta Mangiapane, Trapani, Palermo, Scopello, Zingaro Reserve, San Vito Lo Capo, Segesta, Selinunte, and Erice. The Egadi Islands ferry departs 20 minutes away by car for day excursions. Boat and dinghy rentals are available near Baia Cornino.
