In Mijas Pueblo, the holiday home "Mijas la Nueva" offers an excellent view of the Mediterranean Sea. The 60 m² property consists of a living room with a sofa bed for 2 people, a fully-equipped kitchen, 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom and can therefore accommodate 4 people. Additional amenities include a dedicated workspace for home office, a smart TV with streaming services, air conditioning in the living room, a fan, Wi-Fi as well as a washing machine. A baby cot is also available. Air conditioning available in the whole property.

The holiday home features a private outdoor space with a garden, an open terrace and a barbecue. Guests also have access to a shared outdoor area with a fenced pool. Furthermore, a shared tennis court can be reached in 15 minutes on foot.

A bus stop is located in front of the house.

A parking space is available on the property, additional free parking can be found on the street.

Families with children are welcome.

One pet is allowed.

Smoking and celebrating events are not allowed.

The accommodation is at ground level; however, there are stairs leading up to the house.
